At Driver Education the E-Z Way and E-Z Way Driver Training, we pledge our commitment to providing our students with top quality driver education, safe equipment and dependable customer service. We believe that driver instruction is a lifesaving profession, not a part-time job. Working to develop the students defensive driving skills and increasing their safety knowledge is our instructors top priority.

• Segment 1$320

  26 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours behind the wheel· 8 hours in the vehicle training (4 hours behind the wheel and 4 hours of observation time)· 4 hours - range/backing skills program (2 hours behind the wheel and 2 hours as a passenger)

• Segment 2$60

  6 hours classroom instruction as per state curriculumTo be eligible for Segment 2, you must possess a Level 1 Learners License for a minimum of 3 calendar months, and have driven at least 30 hours with 2 hours being at night...Read More

  6 hours classroom instruction as per state curriculumTo be eligible for Segment 2, you must possess a Level 1 Learners License for a minimum of 3 calendar months, and have driven at least 30 hours with 2 hours being at night. A Driving Experience Log is required on the first day of Segment 2. (Either a written log or phone app is acceptable for Segment 2. A PRINTED log must be presented at the Road Skills Test).

  ABOUT OUR PROGRAM –Driver Education the E-Z Way - Jackson & Kalamazoo Michigan Driver Education the E-Z Way - Jackson & Kalamazoo MichiganE-Z Way has instructors who specialize in private lessons for adults and foreign students.Our vehicles are equipped with air bags, anti-lock braking systems, and dual brakes for your safety.All vehicles have automatic transmission and include late models i.e. Toyota Scion, Corolla, and Camry, and Jeep Patriots.Our instructors will pick you up and drop you off at home or work.Lessons can be scheduled for daytime, evenings, and weekends.Adults can decide how many lessons they would like to schedule. Instructors will give feedback on progress and work on the skills necessary for the road test.Our instructors are patient, friendly, and approved by the Michigan Department of State.Our instructors are required to have current medical forms and background checks on file with the State of Michigan.Lesson fee must be paid in advance before lessons will be scheduled.Lessons will be scheduled 3-5 days after payment is received and paperwork is processed.Student must present the Temporary Instruction Permit and a contract must be signed prior to beginning lessons.

Students may also enroll for assessments by calling the Jackson E-Z Way office at 517-788-6855, or Kalamazoo E-Z Way office at 1-800-354-0111. Prepayment for assessments also may be made with a credit card, cash, or money order by contacting the E-Z Way office.
