Speaking ahead of the Three Lions' clash with Serbia on Sunday - live on talkSPORT - the midfielder admitted the topic was not on his mind right now.

Asked if the uncertainty was difficult to deal with during his press conference, he said: "I'm a Chelsea player right now and I am just focused on England and the tournament.

Despite being reluctant to discuss his future, Gallagher did speak of his sadness at the departure of former Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino at the end of the season.
