@AppalachianPowe My brother in law and his neighbor on Shadywood Lane off Brown’s Creek Road keep getting emails saying their power is back on. It is not on! The map looks green until you touch it and it will turn brown for a bit and then go back to green. Something is wrong.

@AppalachianPowe I know that you all are working really hard. It is really frustrating, though, because my sister lives off of Browns Creek Road. Her phone service appears to be out also so there is no communication with her at all. It is just scary!

@AppalachianPowe I was checking the outage map and it shows Shadywood Lane off of browns creek in St. Albans with power and that is not true. They are still out. I was looking for a restoration time for her as internet is down, too. I’m worried that AEP thinks they have power.

Appalachian power raised their rates in my area to the point where my electric bill has doubled. I've already renegotiated my payment plan and they won't let me do it again. I owe $508 dollars by February 6th or my electricity gets cut off. @AppalachianPowe is pure evil.

@AppalachianPowe tried to use your web form to report flickering power in my apartment and others in my area.Form kept saying invalid characters used and would not let me send anything, even after removing all punctuation and numbers leaving only letters.Please fix for people.

@AppalachianPowe I need an explanation from you guys. Last month my bill was $170. This month we hardly used any more power, but the bill is $290. Every time I call it says you’re busy. Why is my bill so much higher than normal for a minimal usage increase???
